INCLUSIONS IN PRICE

For all participants as part of Poseidon Package:

  • Group transfer to the hotel on the day before embarkation (if arriving another time, this is not included)

  • Credit card surcharge of 2.2% for Visa, MasterCard and AMEX 
  • Via direct bank transfer (details on invoice after registration)

Terms

  • 20% deposit (per cabin) within 21 days of booking to hold your cabin or before the 30 June 2025 (whichever is earlier). 
  • 25% of registration cost by 30 September 2025 (for those booking after 30 June 2025, full 45% is payable at the time of booking)
  • Balance of payment by 30 September 2026

CANCELLATIONS

-  50% of deposit lost if cancelled by 30 September 2025.
-  Loss of monies paid at the time if cancelled between 1 October 2025 and before 30 September 2026
-   Loss of monies paid to date if cancelled after 1 October 2026

-  If the cabin can be resold, then any fees will be paid, less A$1,000 (+ GST) administration fee.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

It is a requirement that you have Emergency Evacuation Insurance with a minimum coverage of US$ 200,000 per person. 

It is advised that you book travel insurance as soon as you have paid your registration fee.
