REGISTRATION

This is a scientific meeting which aims to enhance medical knowledge amongst health professionals in the field of Paediatric Endocrinology. The meeting is open to ANZSPED members and Health Professionals practising in, or with an active interest in Paediatric Endocrinology. In addition, representatives from industry sponsors are permitted to attend the meeting as observers. However, personnel from pharmaceutical, medical device or other related companies that are not sponsoring the meeting are not permitted to register.

Each person attending the meeting needs to complete their own registration including invited speakers, chairpersons and all other delegates. Please read the information on this website carefully before registering for the meeting.

The cost of your registration will cover live access to the event and also access to the recording post event so you can watch the talks on demand in your own time.

How To Register

Each person attending the conference needs to complete their own online registration form by clicking the REGISTER NOW button at the top of the page. This includes invited speakers, chairpersons and all other delegates. Please read the information on this website carefully before completing the online registration form. Registration will only be confirmed on receipt of payment.

Payment of Fees

Payment of fees can be made by credit card (MasterCard and Visa only) or direct deposit (please ensure remittance advice is emailed to asm@anzsped.org). Visa or MasterCard are subject to a 2.2% merchant fee. Please note that all fees are in AUD include GST.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received:

On or before 5pm on 22 December 2025 you will receive a full refund of monies actually received, less a 25% administration fee.
After 22 December 2025 but on or before 5pm 19 January 2026 will receive a 50% refund of monies actually received.
After the 19th January 2026 there will be no refund.

Insurance

ANZSPED strongly recommends that you take out insurance for your travel and attendance at the meeting. ANZSPED cannot accept any responsibility for participants failing to arrange their own insurance.

An important note about privacy and attendance

Please note that this event is being managed as agent for and on behalf of Australia and New Zealand Society for Paediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes, Inc (ABN 99 310 426 516) (“ANZSPED”) by Will Organise Pty Ltd (ABN 84 606 495 381). The information you provide when you submit your personal information to us will be collected by Will Organise Pty Ltd and will be shared with ANZSPED and other participants in the event, as set in our privacy collection statement, privacy policy and specific consents.
