Uluru Sunrise & Field of Light

Offered Thursday, Friday & Saturday

4:15am – 6:30am

$109.00 each

This morning you will be collected from your accommodation to be taken the short distance to the exclusive Field of Light location. With just enough time for some background commentary on the internationally renowned artist Bruce Munro, you will arrive very excited to see his artistic endeavour.

Arriving in complete darkness, in the quiet of pre-dawn, this once in a lifetime experience will be etched in your mind forever. Enjoywalking through the field of 50,000 globes of light at your own pace, where Desert Oaks appear from nowhere as the dawn light creeps above the horizon, then make your way up to the top of a large sand dune to the Field of Light sunrise viewing area. The field of lights site is dark, to ensure you have the most unique experience, we recommend you use your phone light or bring a small torch to help navigate yourself on the pathway provided.

Once at the viewing area, the AAT Kings team will be serving you tea, coffee or hot chocolate. Enjoy your drink as the sun starts to rise and lights up the surrounding desert. Watch in awe as it pops up behind Uluru, flooding the landscape with light. From the viewing area you can see both Uluru and Kata Tjuta while the desert comes to life.

After sunrise you will be transported back to your hotel.
