APPLICATION AND REGISTRATION

Please note, there will be no extension on this deadline, as per ANZSPED policy. 

In order to apply for the ANZSPED Fellows' School please click the apply now button at the bottom of this page. You must have an accredited paediatric endocrine position and be an ANZSPED member to attend the Fellows' School. If your membership application is still pending, please ensure you still apply before the deadline.

All Fellows are to attend ALL social activities outlined within the program. If you cannot attend a social function, you will be liable for the cost of such function.  

We recommend that before you start the application process you discuss cases with your consultant to determine their suitability. Once you are ready to complete the online form, please ensure you have your CV, approval letter from your Head of Department, case studies and key articles ready to upload.

Please CLICK HERE to view sample case study abstracts – please take note of the format, word count, layout and inclusions and use this to develop a similar submission on your chosen topics. 

Due to increasing numbers of applicants, preference of place will be given to those formally in Paediatric Endocrine training.

Please note, not all Fellows attending the Fellows' School will present. You will be notified via email about the outcome of your application.

Once accepted, you will be sent a link to register.

Fellows are responsible for covering their own flight expenses to the meeting and arranging their own transportation to the Fellows School venue. Additionally, a registration fee is required to attend, calculated as 50% of the total direct costs associated with the meeting. This fee varies annually, depending on the location and venue.

For 2025, the registration fee is $330 (including GST) per Fellow and includes:
- 2 nights twin share accommodation (Friday and Saturday night) including breakfast
- Attendance at the meeting including all social functions and tour
- Transfer to the Annual Scientific meeting venue on Sunday
