Sponsored overseas delegate

Since 2004, SPANZA has sponsored an anaesthetist with a strong interest in paediatric anaesthesia from a lesser-developed country to attend the annual scientific SPANZA meeting. 

The sponsorship provides for airfares, accommodation and registration. It is also expected that the successful applicant will be able to stay in Australia for 1-2 weeks to undertake a placement at one of the local hospitals. 

To date, SPANZA has sponsored anaesthetists from Uganda, Mongolia, Thailand, Bhutan, Fiji, the Solomon Islands, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Nepal, India and Namibia.

To apply: 

• Send an email to the address below outlining why you would like to attend the SPANZA Conference 
  
• Complete the APPLICATION FORM (Word Document) and attach it to the email.  
  
• Submit a current Curriculum Vitae and the name of 2 referees.
