PAYMENT OF FEES

Registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration (or within 48 hours via bank transfer). Places will be allocated on RECEIPT OF MONEY.

Payment of fees can be paid by credit card (MasterCard, Visa or AMEX) or direct deposit (please ensure a remittance advice is emailed to secretariat@spanza.org.au).

Visa, MasterCard and AMEX payments will incur a 2.2% surcharge.

Fees must be paid within 48 hours of registration otherwise your registration will be cancelled and the spot available to others.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat.

Cancellations received:  

  • On or before 19 May 2023 will incur a $500 cancellation fee
  • On or before 25 August 2023 will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of fees paid
  • After 26 August 2023 there will be no refund.

Please note that all cancellation fees are subject to GST.

If for some reason we have to cancel the course, fees will be refunded in full, less any bank or credit card fees charged.

If you choose to pay with credit card, and we need to provide a refund, credit card fees will not be refunded.


INSURANCE

The conference organising committee strongly recommend that you take out insurance for your travel and attendance at the conference. The conference cannot accept any responsibility for participants failing to arrange their own insurance.
