Registrations are OPEN! 

Everyone attending the 2023 Romance Writers of Australia Conference needs to complete their own registration form (this includes speakers, chairpersons and all other delegates). Please read the information carefully before completing the online registration form. All payments are to be directed to the Conference Secretariat. Details on how to pay are below, and further outlined during the registration process.

The following registration rates will be offered this year (all prices quoted are in AUD and include GST)

PAYMENT OF FEES

Payment of fees must accompany may be made by credit card (Mastercard, Visa or Amex - all attract a 2.2% surcharge) or direct deposit. You can select either option at the end of the registration site.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

Your registration will be acknowledged by email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form.

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES AND REFUNDS

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat (rwa@willorganise.com.au)

Registration cancellations received:

(a) before 5 pm on the 17th July 2023, You will receive a full refund of monies actually received, less a cancellation fee of AUD $150;

(b) after the date referred to in paragraph (a) but before 5 pm on the 1st August 2023, You will receive a refund of one half of monies actually received;

(c) after the date referred to in paragraph (b), You have no entitlement to a refund of any amount. 

INSURANCE

The Conference organising committee strongly recommends that you take out insurance for your travel and attendance at the Conference. The Conference cannot accept any responsibility for participants failing to arrange their own insurance.

Please note that this event is being managed as agent for and on behalf of the Romance Writers of Australia Inc (ABN 30 075 409 728) by Will Organise Pty Ltd (ABN 84 606 495 381). The information you provide when you submit your personal information to us will be collected by Will Organise Pty Ltd and will be shared with the Romance Writers of Australia Inc and other participants in the event, as set in our privacy collection statement and privacy policy.
