She's served twice on the national executive of RWA, the second time for six years during which she was president for two years. In 2019 RWA awarded her Life Time Member status for her contribution to the organisation.

She's living her best life in coastal central QLD with her high school crush who supplies her in love, laughter and fruity cocktails.
