If you would like to book a room at the conference rate, you can do so via the accommodation site. 

If the dates you require are not available or if you would like to book days before or after the conference dates - please book what you can and enter your preferred dates in the 'special requests' field and we will contact the hotel and endeavour to book the extended dates on your behalf. 

Hotel accommodation bookings must be booked using a credit card as a guarantee. No pre-payment is required until you arrive however please note below the terms and conditions.

The hotel has some very strict cancellation policies. Please be aware of the following when booking:

  • Any cancellation between 21 days and 8 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty fee of an amount 50% per room per night cancelled.
  • Any cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty fee of an amount equalling 100% per room per night cancelled.

You will not be asked to pay for your room in advance.  Credit card details are collected by the conference secretariat and passed onto the hotel for them to hold as security against your room. By providing your credit card details at registration, you are agreeing to the cancellation clauses above and understand that your card will be charged if you cancel within the period above.

Please note that check in is after 2pm and check out is before 11am. 
Guests are welcome to leave luggage with Concierge until check in time or until the conclusion of their conference.

Breakfast is not included in the above rates. This can be added on at check in.
Breakfast is served daily in the Garden Court from 6:30am to 10:30am (Mon - Fri) and from 7:00am to 11:00am (Sat - Sun)
