If you require accommodation for the meeting, the Novotel is offering special conference rates at the Novotel Rotorua Lakeside.
The Secretariat is not taking bookings for hotels, you must contact the hotel directly and make your own arrangements.

Breakfast is not included in the above rates. It is available in Atlas Restaurant (Novotel) for $30pp.
HOW TO BOOK
To book accommodation:

- Please note, the above prices are available up to 45 days prior to the conference start date. From the 23 January 2023, the rate will be a 15% discount of the rack rate.
- Click on ‘see rates’
- Enter in dates of stay click on ‘Special Rates’
- Enter Preferential code – ‘BGCI’
- Click ‘Search’
- Discounted rates will then show
Rates are valid for stay dates between 31 March - 1 April 2023 only, if you wish to stay outside of these dates kindly contact the hotel's reservations team directly on h1874-re1@accor.com to request a quote.
LATE BOOKINGS
Please note discounted Early Bird rates are bookable until 23 January 2023. After this date, a discount of 15% off the rate of the day will apply.
