INCLUSIONS IN PRICE

For delegates:

  • 2 night's accommodation in Broome (night before boarding and night of disembarking)

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

  • 30% deposit (per cabin) by no later than Monday 23 August 2021 to secure your booking 
  • 30% of remaining fare by 1 November 2021
  • Balance of fare by 11 February 2022









CANCELLATIONS

  • Deposit is non-refundable, unless cabin can be resold.  If this is possible, your deposit will be refunded less $500 administration fee.
  • After 2 November 2021, any monies paid are non-refundable, unless cabin can be resold.  If this is possible, all monies paid to date will be refunded less $1,000 administration fee.
  • There will be no refund of fees after the 11 February 2022, unless cabin can be resold.  If this is possible, a refund of fees paid will be made, less $1,500.
  • Swap of registration is permissable, but it is your responsibility to find a persons to take your place.  No refund will be made until your replacements have paid all monies owing.


  • If Covid-19 is still presenting challenges in 2022 and creates a circumstance where we are not able to join the cruise, then a credit will be offered for future cruise, valid up to 36 months.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

It is strongly advised that all guests have travel/health insurance.

The Guest agree to use all services at their sole risk and to indemnify the contractors against any claim against death, injury (including mental anguish), illness, damage, delay, non-performance or other loss.

It is advised that you book travel insurance as soon as you have paid your registration fee.
