Registration 

Registrations are now open! Registrations are open to all Palliative Medicine Specialists and Trainees, GPs or other Medical Practitioners with an interest in Palliative Medicine and other palliative care health professionals. Your registration will allow you to attend the live event and also have access to the recorded event for the 12 months after to watch on demand.

HOW TO REGISTER

Each person attending the conference needs to complete their own registration, with payment to the Conference Secretariat. This includes invited speakers, chairpersons and all other delegates. Please read the information on this site carefully before clicking on the button at the bottom of the page.


PAYMENT OF FEES


All registration fees are to be paid in Australian dollars. Payment of fees must accompany all registrations and may be made by cheque, credit card (MasterCard or Visa only) or direct deposit (please ensure remittance advice is emailed to anzspm@willorganise.com.au). Visa or MasterCard payments will attract a 2.2% surcharge. Cheques are to be made payable to ANZSPM Events.

ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

Your registration will be acknowledged in writing with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration. Bookings will be confirmed only on receipt of payment.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat.

Cancellations received:

  • If cancelled prior to 14 days from the event, a full refund will be made
  • If cancelled within 14 days and 48 hours of the event, a cancellation fee of $100 will be payable
  • If cancelled within 48 hours of the event, no refunds will be made 

Please note all cancellation fees include GST.
