ACCOMMODATION

Hotel accommodation bookings must be booked using a credit card as a guarantee. Your credit card number will be passed on to the hotel but will not be charged until check out. Your credit card will be charged in full upon check out.

HOW TO BOOK

Please complete the accommodation section during the online registration process. The Secretariat will then book your room and send confirmation of your reservation. Any changes to a reservation must be notified in writing to the Secretariat and not directly to the hotel.

Check out time is 11.00am

CANCELLATIONS

Any cancellations or alterations in bookings received prior to Monday 1st April 2019 will not incur penalties/fees. Cancellations/alternations after Monday 1st April 2019 will be charged in full for the booking.

BREAKFAST

One breakfast is included in the room rate per day. Should you wish to book additional breakfast, it is at a conference rate of $22 per day. Please advise reception staff upon check in.
