Welcome to the vendor application site of the 2025 Central Coast Christmas Fair! 

We are stoked that you are interested in joining our vendor family! We need all vendors to complete the below, and this is what our team will analyse and make decisions around for the vendor line up.

Please allow at least a week for our team to read through and get back to your application.

This year the application site will be 3 pages:

1.Contact, stall details & prices
2. Summary/cross check your details
3. Submit - we cannot see your application until you submit it

Following you submitting your application, you will get a confirmation email. Once we have reviewed your application (allow at least 1 week), we will either send you a confirmation and invoice, or notification of your application either going onto the waitlist or being declined.

Please note, you are to bring your own trestle tables, marquee and appropriate weights to attend the event. Any spaces bigger than 3m x 3m are subject to availability and will incur additional costs.
