Please make sure that the account you create is for the person who will be presenting at the Conference. 

Please make a note of the email address and password you have used to create your account, so that you will be able to save your Presentation Proposal in draft form and/ or log in and edit your Presentation Proposal. Using your email address and password, you can log into this submission site as many times are you need prior to the submission deadline of Monday 8th December 2025.

Please note that, once you submit your Presentation Proposal, you will be unable to change it after that. 

Presenters will be notified of the acceptance of their Presentation Proposal by the end of January 2026.
