Strategic Program Coordinator with South Eastern Sydney Local Health District

Tania Rimes trained as a psychologist and is currently working as a Strategic Program Coordinator with South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (Sydney, Australia). 

Her work over the last 10 years has focused on the implementation and evaluation of cross agency prevention and early intervention initiatives, to address inequities and improve the health and well-being of children, young people and their families. During the last 7 years, she has developed and evaluated community-based models of care to optimise the health, growth and development of children from priority populations, in particular new migrant communities. 

Tania is a Co-investigator for a translational research grant awarded for the first time in 2021 for a First 2000 Days project.
