Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife and Child and Family Health Nurse
Vicki is a Registered Nurse, Registered Midwife and Child and Family Health Nurse (CFHN). Following her initial career across three Australian states, as a Midwife and then as a Nurse Educator, Vicki has focussed on continuously advancing her clinical expertise as a CFHN.
Vicki’s special interests include the perinatal period; families of diverse backgrounds and/or experiencing more complex psychosocial stress; and upholding CFHNs skills and expertise.
Her position as NSLHD Child Youth and Family Health Service General Practice-Community Liaison Nurse, provides Vicki with the opportunity to work in partnership with families, colleagues and community practitioners to passionately advocate and campaign for multidisciplinary, equitable, responsive, evidenced based collaborative care (and resources) for children and their families across health and community settings.
NSW Health acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land across NSW, whose cultures and customs have nurtured and continue to nurture this land.
We would like to pay our respects to the Elders past, present and emerging, for they hold the memories, the traditions, the culture and the hopes of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples across the state.
