ACCOMMODATION

Room types available will then display for you to select the room type.   You can use the drop down menu to see details of each room. 

ADDITIONAL PERSONS IN ROOM

If you plan to put an 'additional' person in the room (using the day bed), please also book the 'additional person' room type for the same dates.

IF ROOMS ARE SHOWING AS FULL

If a room type is showing as FULL, it may just be one night that is not available.  If you specifically want that room type, please email the Secretariat:  secretariat@hpsociety.org.au to request, providing details of dates and room type (and the number of persons in the room).  You can complete the registration by ticking 'No Accommodation Required'.  Once the room type has been confirmed, it can be added in later.

TOUR AND BICYCLES

TOUR: Selangor Pewter and Batu Caves, inc Dinner

The Tour to Selangor Pewter and Batu Caves is INCLUDED for all registered persons, including all REGISTERED Accompanying persons and children. 

Please only fill in the below if you wish to purchase additional tickets for persons who may be traveling with you, but not registered OR if you don't want to attend the tour.

BIKES

Bicycle hire is INCLUDED for all registered persons, age 6 and above for the week of the conference (pick up Sunday, return Saturday).  Bikes will not be available for persons not registered for the event.

Bike request must be indicated prior to arrival, so please complete details below of the number of bikes you would like, and ages.

 

Ages for child bikes below are only an estimate of the 'size of the child', not their actual age.  If you have a small 14 yr old, or a tall 10yr old, please consider what age appropriate bike is best to select.

Terms and Conditions
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received: - On or before 8 December 2025 will incur a $250 cancellation fee - On or before 1 May 2026 will incur a 50% refund of fees paid - After 1 May 2026 there will be no refund
