2025 Book Signing Expression Of Interest

If you are interested in having a signing table at Writer Wonderland, the RWAus 2025 Conference, please fill in the form below. Note that spots will be limited, so we may not be able to include everyone. We will consider any published romance authors, but preference will be given to RWA members who are attending core conference, then RWA members, then non-members. If you would like to become an RWA Member, please visit the RWA Website.

The signing event will take place during RWAus 2025 event in Hobart, Tasmania on Friday 22nd August 2025 from 4.30pm - 6.30pm.

Authors will be notified if they have secured a signing table, by 2nd June 2025, so please be patient :)

We would like information on the books you have published (type and number) and ways in which you think you could help to promote the event (social media you are active on, number of followers etc). Author promotion is crucial to the success of the events.

The signing event will take place during RWA2025 in Hobart, Tasmania on Friday 22nd August 2025 from 4.30pm - 6.30pm. Authors are able to sign-up for a half table at $80 AUD.

A half table includes:

  • Entry for one (1) person to manage the space
  • Access to set up your table from 2.00pm Friday
  • Half a standard trestle table (915mm wide x 760mm deep) covered in a black table cloth
  • One (1) chair set up
  • Space to have one (1) pull up banner behind the table
