Note: All pricing is based on twin share. If you will be attending as a single traveler, please contact the Secretariat for pricing details.

All rates below are shown in A$ equivalent as at 23 January 2024.  

1 Euro = $A 0.59 (Westpac bank rate = 0.5827)

(It was hoped that all payments could be charged in Euro so the rate was current on the day you registered), but the system is not allowing this. )

In registering for this event relevant details (Name, Position, Organisation and Email) may be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates and may be made available to parties directly related to this event. Your details as given in this form (and any subsequent amendment) will be included in the delegate list produced for the conference which will be supplied to organising bodies, supporters, and all delegates attending the conference.

Summary

Terms and Conditions
PAYMENT TERMS - 35% (per cabin) within 21 days of booking to hold your cabin - 40% of total fare by 31 October 2024 - Balance of fare by 15 February 2025 CANCELLATIONS - 50% of deposit lost if cancelled before 30 June 2024 - Loss of monies paid at the time of cancellation if cancelled between 1 July 2024 and and before 15 February 2025 - Loss of monies paid to date if cancelled after 15 February 2025 - If the cabin can be resold, then any fees will be paid, less 500 Euro (+ GST) administration fee.

Once you hit submit, the availability of the cabin will be reviewed and an invoice will be issued in A$ for the deposit required, calculated at the bank rate advertised on the registration page.

 

On receipt on the invoice, you will have the option to pay by direct deposit, or credit card (2.2% credit card fee applicable).
